Five months down and almost up to the half year mark.  I cannot believe that I am doing so well. I have lost and kept off all of this weight.  I have stayed on my diet without very much cheating.  I have worked out fairly consistently - although this could probably be improved upon.  Hopefully the doctor will cut out some of my meds again this month.  I wonder what will happen if he cuts down on the Metformin?  Will I gain back a lot of the weight? I wonder.  Well, only time will tell.
